Personal support is available from Waterfront Computers located at Shop 1/130 Thompson Ave, Cowes, Victoria, 3922. Support is available between 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday and 10am to 1pm Saturday on 5952-3312 or fax 5952-3812. Email support is available 24 hours and checked every hour or so.
After hours help desk: 0416 263 708 - Mon/Fri: 6pm to 10pm - Sat/Sun: 10am to 10pm This is for valid problems like unable to surf, send email, etc - not for "how do I get to" or "what do I do here"
Server Information
Waterfront Internet Service operates across 3 servers located at Melbourne. The 3 computers provide user's of WIS with Mail, HTTP, FTP, Etc. The computers run a variety of OS like, Linux & Windows 2k Server. In total we have over 5Gb of Ram, 800Gb of Hard Drive space and all our servers are fully redundant.
WIS operates on a direct network connection to the main Australian backbone.
