Waterfront Internet Service offer a wide variety of plans depending on your usage per month. Once you have selected a plan you can change your plan as much as you like. This gives you total control over your plan and you can even suspend your account and not get billed while you go away on holidays.
WIS Block 20 @ $24.95 per 20 hours (Hours expire 31/12 every year)
This is a casual plan and when your 20 hours are up you will be disconnected.

All Mb limits are for received data only. Some providers will charge you for both sent and received data.
Description
Setup Fee
Dialup: All dialup plans have a $5.50 setup which covers the cost of our setup CD which sets up your computer to use with WIS and includes the latest browsers, ftp programs, etc. If you require us to set-up your computer in our store, there will be a $25.00 set-up fee inc GST.
ISDN: All ISDN plans have a $150.00 setup fee.
Download Limits
While these accounts have no download limits, users who download huge amounts of data every month may incur additional charges. Users will be notified via E-Mail first, warning them about their download status then charged if the user continues to download big amounts the following month. Over Mb charge is currently 10c per Mb but may change without notification.
Session Limits
All Plans - All dialup plans have an idle 20 minute disconnection and 1 active session at any time.
WIS Unlimited is not a permanent dialup plan and any user who attempts to use it as such will have their account deleted. 4 hour session limits apply - every 4 hours you will be disconnected but you can reconnect straight away.
Free Time
During 12am to 3am every day, users who are on these plans can use the Internet for free. The only cost to the user is the cost of the phone call.
WIS Business
This plan can operate between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Outside these times the account is charged at $1.10 per hour.
Extra Emails
All accounts except the WIS-Casual can have an unlimited amount of extra email addresses at a cost of $5.50 per month for each email address. All emails are scanned by our integrated virus checker for all incoming and outgoing emails. Our virus checker is updated every 4 hours therefore giving you the best possible virus protection for email that we can.
Permanent ISDN
This is a permanent plan using an ISDN line, rather than a standard telephone line. It gives the greatest speed of throughput as ISDN is digital. There are extra costs involved with ISDN, please check with Telstra on the costs of the equipment and monthly rental.
