WIS Support Section

Here you will find support regarding using the Internet and problems that can arise. We also have frequently asked questions which is a compilation of questions and answer's that many users have asked. If you are thinking about having your own web site, be sure to have a look at our Web Site Support for links and instructions on uploading your web site, adding counters and contact forms. If you are expierencing popup windows or browser hijacks then you possibly have spyware on your computer - be sure to read our section on Spyware / Popups for instructions on how to stop this from happening.

WIS Setup Program

We have a new program that you can download that will setup your computer to use Waterfront Internet Service. It will setup Netscape, Internet Explorer, Outlook, Outlook Express & Eudora if you have them installed. After downloading, run the program and fill in you real name, username and password and our setup program will configure all requires settings. This is also handy if you have a problem with your email or browser as it will reset everything up that way it should be. The program is about 450k and will take about 3-5 minutes to download. Click here to start downloading.

For setting up additional email addresses you can use this little program. Please make sure you have your additional email address setup with WIS first.

If you are unsure of how to setup email, newsgroups or even change the dialup number to our other PoP's then the easiest way is to use our WIS Internet Sertup program which will do it all for you. Just click on the link above to start downloading it.
